DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Colissimo is delivered by La Poste (French postal service) in 2-5 business days for France and generally less than 2 weeks for other countries . It is delivered to the shipping address provided on your order form. It is therefore important to be specific about your delivery address. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. In the case of an absence, the postman will leave you a delivery notice, indicating the conditions required to retrieve your package (location and time frame).

Your order is awaiting preparation. Once payment is accepted, your package will be prepared. In the case of a problem, do not hesitate to contact our customer service by phone at 09 54 61 48 85.
• "Preparation in progress"
Your order is being prepared.
Warning: when this status is displayed, we cannot cancel or change your order.
• "Delivery in progress"
Your package has been dropped off at the post office and is currently being delivered.
No matter which shipping method has been chosen, we will provide the elements that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Did you get the size wrong or does the color of the product not suit you ?
Mademoiselle Dance can send it back in the size and color of your choice.
To do so, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number (found on your bill), the product that you wish to change and the requested size or color. Send your product back to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your package and Mademoiselle Dance will send you the requested product.
Items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
