collant trop petit, texture pas assez souple, ne s'étire pas assez, très très déçu, je me retrouve avec 2 collants pour 30 € et qui sont trop petit , c'est scandaleux, pas d'information sur le fait qu'on ne peut pas retourner l'article

Bonjour, En effet comme précisé dans nos CGV les collants ne sont ni repris ni échangés (sauf s'ils n'ont pas été ouverts et essayés) pour des raisons évidentes d'hygiène. Nous sommes navrés de devoir refuser les retours de collants mais vous n'apprécieriez pas de recevoir des collants déjà essayés. Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension. Bien cordialement.
