The Lyra Sleek model has a tapered V-shape, narrowed at the heel to suit feet that are thinner in the heel.

Gaynor Minden spikes are renowned for their durability and silence, thanks to their molded housings and Poron cushioning system.

Ribbons and elastics are sold separately.
