I have a VIP code but it doesn't work

The VIP code is not a discount code but a privileged access given to you by your teacher.

Log in to your customer account by clicking on the top right of the screen if you are on a computer, otherwise click on my account in the menu if you are on a tablet or smartphone.

Click on ‘My Espace Ecole Code’.

Enter your code in the box provided, then confirm.

Once you have entered your code, go to the SCHOOL AREA tab and the name of your school will appear.

You will be able to access the outfits chosen by your teacher at reduced prices.

The delivery costs will be updated automatically once you have entered your postal address in the order process.
