Return and refund

Bien-sûr !Of course! We take back all labelled articles in their original packaging that have never been wear within 14 days after receipt of the package. Please note that tights cannot be taken back if they have been tried on. Please refer to the size guide on the product sheet or on the packaging. To return your product, simply fill out the return form in your account area. Please make sure to fill in all the necessary information to process your return.

You have the choice between a refund via the means of payment used when you placed your order, or to receive a voucher valid for 1 year.

The delay to return an item is 14 days from the reception.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request the return of an item.

The average repayment period is  8 to 10 days. This delay can change according to the period ( peak in activity ).

We do not do standard exchanges. Please validate a new order with the product of your choice in order to receive it as soon as possible.

Please send us one or more photos to contact@mademoiselledanse.com so that we can check with our supplier whether this constitutes a defect. We will then let you know how to proceed.
