Is it possible to modifiy my order ?  insert_link

Once you have ordered, you can't modify your order. However, you can't cancel your order as long as it's not "in process."

My order status is "in production", what does it mean ?  insert_link

It means that you chose a product that needed a restocking delay when you ordered. The delay is the one mentioned on the site when you chose the size, the color, etc..
