Once you have ordered, you can't modify your order. However, you can't cancel your order as long as it's not "in process."
It means that you chose a product that needed a restocking delay when you ordered. The delay is the one mentioned on the site when you chose the size, the color, etc..

You can follow the delivery of your order with the tracking number received by e-mail.
Verify in your account that the delivery address and your contact details are correct ask anyone who lives at the same address.
If you have not found your order after having made all these checks, get closer to your post office.
