Sometimes, a product needs to be restocked, the maximum indicative delay is then mentioned according to the choice of the size / shoes size etc.

An out of stock product can’t be ordered, except in exceptional circumstances. We would have to wait for a possible customer return.  For any particular request, please contact the customer service by email contact@mademoiselledanse.com.

Once you have selected size and/or color and/or shoe size you are interested in, the availability appears in pink, under the selected pellets. If it is indicated "available immediately" it means that the product is in stock.

Otherwise, the maximum indicative delay is mentioned (e.g. 2 to 3 weeks, 8 to 10 days, etc.).

All the products sizes differently , even within the same brand. That's why we always advise on the product sheet the size to choose according to your usual city size.

The size of the shoe is based on your city size and the width of the foot.

If you wish to use protective toecaps for the toes you have to add an extra ½ size. From one model to another the shoes do not fit the same way, please refer to the description or contact us in order to choose the right model and the right size.

To make sure you have choose the right shoes size, once the shoes received, make sure the toes are flat and not curled up. It is normal for the big toe to touch the end of the shoe (both for the toes and the half-toes).
