I received my order but one of the articles doesn't look good for me, can I get a refund ?

Of course! We take back all labelled articles in their original packaging that have never been wear within 14 days after receipt of the package. Please note that tights cannot be taken back if they have been tried on. Please refer to the size guide on the product sheet or on the packaging. To return your product, simply fill out the return form in your account area. Please make sure to fill in all the necessary information to process your return.

You have the choice between a refund via the means of payment used when you placed your order, or to receive a voucher valid for 1 year.
